I was absolutely ecstatic to find Shred-it and am so pleased with the service. As a home health agency, confidentiality is the law. We have two page "nurse notes" that our nurses complete on a daily basis. Copies stay at the home and are purged within a specific time and brought to our office for shredding. There is hundreds of sensitive documentation that is confidential, which is where your company has come in. To my astonishment, I couldn't easily find anyone in our area, which has several businesses, to confidentially RECYCLE all of our information.
The service rep., Paul Gillio, has been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and the bins are convenient, noise-free, simple and say right on them, "Each time this container is filled, half a tree is saved through recycling." That statement inspires me to recycle every paper in the office. The recycling in the office will hopefully spread into our employees' homes as it did mine. Maxim is national, having 233 offices, and rapidly growing. I'm so happy with the service, which I recommend to all of the offices that I can.
