Customer Service Representative of the Quarter

CSR of the Quarter meets or exceeds the highest traditions of service as set forth by Shred-it San Diego guidelines, and by Shred-it Corporate Policy. He or she displays true integrity and professionalism in job performance, company loyalty, appearance and attention to detail. In addition, this individual exhibits a pleasant work demeanor, safe work habits and a positive mental outlook.

In order to achieve CSR of the Quarter, the individual must:
1. Have received zero disciplinary write-ups or warnings.
2. Be free of any injuries requiring Workers compensation awards.
3. Display team spirit, and team work, including helping other CSR’s with difficult or demanding tasks.
4. Attend all safety meetings and complete all safety quizzes.
5. Be respected by peers.
6. Maintain an outstanding “Triple A” status:
    a) Appearance
    b) Attendance
    c) Accident free
